Our Who

INCLUDEME Ltd has been on the cards for over two decades, a synthesis of personal, educational & Specialist experience.

Pippa Biggs, the Founder and Educational Therapist of INCLUDEME Ltd, is both a mother of three and a stepmother of two, each with unique educational needs requiring additional support. Balancing these roles, Pippa often felt she was asking too much from the education system, which made it challenging to stay positive about her children's learning experiences. This struggle inspired her to drive meaningful change in the field of education.

Our Why

The public education system is overwhelmed, struggling to support more students than it can handle, which compromises service quality. The Ministry of Education (MOE) prioritizes certain students, leaving those with moderate needs underserved. Schools attempt to fill these gaps, often exhausting their resources and staff.

Many schools have stopped applying for additional support, resulting in children with moderate needs waiting indefinitely. Teachers, despite their dedication, lack the time and resources for necessary professional development and rely on a limited number of Specialist Educators. Learning Support Coordinators (LSCs) are doing their best with minimal support, but progress is slow. While schools welcome public support, the MOE acknowledges it cannot meet the needs of all students.
